The Eye-Lite Group comprises the following companies: Eye-Lite Belgium VL, Eye-Lite Belgium BRU, Eye-lite Belgium WAL, Eye-Lite France, Eye-Lite Luxembourg and Eye-Lite Switzerland.
We specialize in providing services and equipment rental for the film production industry. All the contact information (email and physical addresses) we collect is intended for our (e-)mail campaigns, with the purpose of informing customers, suppliers, and other interested parties about new services, products, special offers we have available, as well as events that we organize and to which we invite them.
We also maintain data for our customers, suppliers, and employees for the purpose of sending quotations/offers and/or for administrative correspondence.

1. Mailing
   Eye-Lite organizes email communication campaigns to keep its audience informed about news
   about the film industry, temporary special offers, or other relevant content. These contacts may
   also receive invitations to events organized by or in collaboration with Eye-Lite. Email campaign
   distributions are carried out using Mailchimp, a platform recognized as GDPR compliant.
2. Administration
   The contact details of our customers and suppliers, which are used for sending requests, price
   quotations, purchase orders, and all administrative exchanges, are stored on our Cloudbizz
   server (GDPR compliant). Security is ensured by our external IT provider.

You can also review your GDPR status in our registry and update your information or unsubscribe using the links provided in each email sent via Mailchimp.

Eye-Lite processes personal data based on a legitimate interest: to maintain responsible communication with our customers, suppliers, and employees and to inform those interested in the developments within our equipment inventory, our organizational structure, and the related services.
